I've been licensed in Washington State since 1971 and Real Estate is my full time business.  My work has allowed me the opportunity to meet all types of great people.  Whether you're a first time buyer, experienced home owner, land developer or builder I can be of assistance. 

I've opened and managed single and multiple location, independents as well as franchised offices.  This coupled with the responsibility of training new and experienced associates on an ever changing real estate landscape has afforded me the opportunity to style change.  The one thing we can all agree on is that the real estate market and industry has gone through significant changes over the last 40 years.  

The laws, financing, 3rd parties involved and general financial landscape have all seen significant changes.  The methods for buying, selling and even keeping a home are now an art form and you have to become and artist to be successful maneuvering the canvas.
